What happens after you contact us?

We ask where the damp or cold patches are, when the cavity insulation was installed and whether it came with a guarantee. If it sounds like the cavity could be involved, we arrange a visit to take moisture readings and look inside the wall with a borescope. After that we explain what we found, what the options are and, if removal makes sense, give you a written quote.
Details that help us
You do not need all of these, but any you can share will help us understand the problem before we visit:
- photos of the damp patches or mould on the inside walls;
- photos of the outside of the same wall, including pointing, render, gutters and downpipes;
- roughly when the insulation was installed, and by whom if you know;
- any guarantee paperwork from the installation;
- any survey report that mentions the cavity insulation or damp.
